Are males allowed in the studios?
No, this is a female only dance studio.
How do I sign up for classes?
Go to our Class Schedule, select a studio and then find a class you would like to take. The Introductory class list will display a "Register" button next to classes that have space in them. In the Dance Class calendar, click the name of the class you are interested in and a small dialog will pop up with the class description and a "Register" button.
What should I wear to a class or a party?
You may dress as comfortably and as sassy as you like, however, there is no nudity allowed.
Why is the studio address not on your web site?
Studio addresses are not posted to keep the studios a safe environment for all of our students. When you sign up for a class or a party you will receive the address.
How do I book a party?
You can call or e-mail us with your request. You will need a Visa or MasterCard number to reserve your party date.
What are the classes like and what do they cost?
You can find descriptions and cost by clicking on the class descriptions in the navigation menu at the top of the page or in the Class Schedule by clicking the colored links.
What class do you suggest I should start with?
If you want to be that dancer that takes your partners breath away, I suggest Sensual Dance. It is the base of all sexy dance. It will also help you become a better Pole Dancer and Lap Dancer. Not required but recommended. If you are looking for a girl fun class and great work out I suggest Pussycat class or GO-GO Dance.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, close fitting workout wear.
What should I Not wear?
Do not wear any rings on your fingers or use any hand or leg lotion.
What are the class sizes?
Class sizes are small (female only) where you will experience support, camaraderie, and no judgement.
Do I need to be thin/fit/athletic before taking classes?
No, come as you are. We work with all body types/figures and tailor our instruction to your individual needs.
How do I advance from one level to the next?
Advancement in classes is up to each individual. As you progress, you can move on in your own time, or stay at a level where you feel comfortable. There is no pressure at Sedusa Studios. We are here for you.
