Prerequisite:
You must have taken a Sedusa Pole or Pussycat Workout Class. This dance moves at a faster pace and you
need the technique you learned from the other classes.

Dance Class is the class you are looking for. Pussycat Pole Dance is a fast paced, sexy workout class that teaches
moves you can do on a pole at a nightclub.
