Sexy Pole Dance Cost: $200
5 week series, class meets once a week for 1 hour.
Every dancer gets her own pole for the whole class.
In each class you will learn a sexy, choreographed pole dance. The dance
includes twirls, climbs and you will also learn to go upside down on the pole. At Sedusa
Studios, we feel A twirl is just a twirl until you empower it in a dance routine. That is
when it becomes, Sensual... We have many different pole dances to choose from, or learn
them all! Make your daydreams and fantasies become your exercise routine. Have fun while
you are getting in shape!
We suggest you start with Sensual Dance. It will help you become a better
Pole Dancer and Lap Dancer. Not required, but recommended.
(We often are asked, 'Is this class a good workout?' All of our dance
classes are movement classes which will help you tone your body and improve your posture. What
a fun, sexy way to workout.)
Advanced Pole Dance Cost: $200

This class is for women with a lot of pole experience. The class teaches a
variety of thrilling, but challenging pole maneuvers, while dancing exotically.
Prerequisite: At least 3 Pole Dancing classes at Sedusa Studios and
prior approval of the teaching staff.
