Pole Dance - Level One

Cost: $250

5 week series, class meets once a week for 1 hour.
Every dancer gets her own pole for the whole class.

In each class you will learn to twirl, climb and go upside down on the pole. You will also learn Sensual Dance transitions so we can blend the moves together for an empowering Pole Dance. A twirl is just a twirl until you put it into a dance routine. That is when it becomes Sensual... We have 4 different pole dances to choose from, or learn them all!

Advanced Pole Dance

Cost: $250

5 week series, class meets once a week for 1 hour.
Every dancer gets her own pole for the whole class.

This class is for women with a lot of pole experience. The class teaches a variety of thrilling, but challenging pole maneuvers, while dancing exotically.

Prerequisite: At least 3 Level 1 Pole Dancing classes and prior approval of the teaching staff.
