Pole Fitness Workouts

Pole Fitness Cost: $120
4 week series, class meets once a week for 1 hour.

Do you want:

  • a more sculpted body?
  • more flexibility and work towards doing the splits?
  • gain strength, have better posture?
This class is designed to sculpt your body, achieve more strength, tone arms, butt and thighs. You will learn to climb up the 20ft pole and master basic twirls while having a fun workout. You will also be working on your flexibility and perhaps master doing the splits.

Drop Ins:
Sedusa Students and Visitors can drop into a Pole Fitness for $40. There are limited poles, so advanced sign up is a must.


Intermediate Pole Fitness Cost: $140
4 week series, class meets once a week for 1 hour.

If you have taken three or more regular Pole Fitness series or two Sexy Pole series and would like to challenge yourself and take on more difficult moves, try an Intermediate Pole Fitness class. This is a pole class where you will master inverts. (going upside down on the pole) This 4 week class will focus on a new invert and combination twirl in each series.

Advanced Pole Fitness Cost: $140
4 week series, class meets once a week for 1 hour.

If you have taken two or more Intermediate Pole Fitness series and/or two or more Advanced Sexy Pole series and would like to challenge yourself with more difficult moves, try an Advanced Pole Fitness class. This is a pole class for those who have mastered many inverts (going upside down on the pole) and are looking to be challanged. This 4 week class will focus on advanced moves on the pole.
