Our South San Francisco and Walnut Creek Studios are available to dance, workout and yoga instructors for monthly rental. Our studios have a 3,000 square foot workout space, twenty foot ceilings, professional sound systems and P.A.s and beautiful lighting, with black light and strobe light accents. They are perfect for the independent instructor who wants to have affordable workout and class space without the complication and expense of a lease commitment.
